Gavin Sim is a Singapore-based AI educator, entrepreneur/business operator and speaker. He teaches practical AI to non-technical founders and teams, and created the OFT AI Framework (Offer, Funnel, Traffic), a simple sequence for applying AI to real business work.

Before business, Gavin served roughly ten years as an officer in the Singapore Navy. That period shaped a preference for calm decision-making, clear systems and doing the work rather than talking about it.

Today he is COO of Modern Wealth Group, founder of Modern Wealth Academy, and teacher of the One Man Agency Bootcamp. He works with the same tools he teaches, in real business contexts, every week.

An operator-led teaching approach

Gavin teaches AI the way an operator would learn it: start from the business outcome, pick a small workflow, apply a tool, measure the result, and only then widen the scope. The goal is a working process, not a tool tour.

The teaching style is deliberately non-technical and jargon-free. Terms are defined the first time they appear. Examples are drawn from operations, sales, marketing and content work that most founders already recognise.

The OFT AI Framework organises this into three steps: clarify the Offer, build a simple Funnel, and attract relevant Traffic, using AI to support each step rather than replace judgement.
