Gavin Sim is a Singapore-based AI coach, trainer and speaker. A former Singapore Navy officer and COO of Modern Wealth Group, he created the OFT AI Framework and teaches non-technical professionals and SMEs to turn AI into useful work.
Gavin Sim is a Singapore-based AI educator and business operator. He is Chief Operating Officer of Modern Wealth Group, co-founder of Modern Wealth Academy, and creator of the OFT AI Framework. He teaches the One Man Agency Bootcamp, a practical, no-code programme for professionals and SMEs building AI-powered workflows. Before entering business, Gavin spent roughly ten years as an officer in the Singapore Navy. His commentary focuses on how non-technical people, small teams, and Singapore SMEs can adopt AI as a working tool (not as a demo) and on the human judgment that separates useful AI work from generated noise.
